Returns a list of values associated with this key for an issue.
Returns at most 1000 values when paginated.

- The ID of the issue you'd like to query.

- The ID or slug of the organization the resource belongs to.

- The tag key to look the values up for.

- Sort order of the resulting tag values. Prefix with '-' for descending order. Default is '-id'.
